These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between JobVisitors and the user accessing or using https://jobvisitors.com and related services (“Platform”).

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical or digital signatures.

1. Definitions

Term Meaning
Job Seeker Any individual using the Platform to search for jobs, internships, or opportunities.
Employer Any recruiter, company, or authorised representative posting jobs or using recruitment services.
Mentor Any expert offering mentorship or career guidance services on the Platform.
Magician AI JobVisitors’ AI-powered utility for resume generation, job matching, interview preparation, and related features.
Services All free and paid products, features, and functionalities offered through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Employers must be legally authorised to recruit in their jurisdiction.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Services Offered

JobVisitors provides the following services:

  • Job Discovery: curated job listings, internships, and remote opportunities.
  • Magician AI: AI-powered resume creation, match scoring, and mock interview preparation.
  • Mentorship Marketplace: booking and conducting mentorship sessions.
  • Employer / B2B Services: paid job postings, branding, recruitment tools, and candidate management.
  • Advertising: third-party advertisements and sponsored content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Magician AI — Specific Terms

Magician AI is an informational and productivity tool. Match scores, resume suggestions, and interview-preparation outputs are predictive and do not guarantee interviews, employment, or hiring outcomes.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying all generated outputs before relying on or sharing them.

When you upload resumes, prompts, or other personal information into Magician AI, you grant JobVisitors a non-exclusive licence to process such data solely for providing the Services.

You must not use Magician AI to create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent applications or attempt to reverse engineer the underlying systems.

5. Mentorship Marketplace — Specific Terms

  • JobVisitors acts only as a facilitator between Mentors and Users.
  • Mentors are independent third parties and not employees or representatives of JobVisitors.
  • Mentorship advice does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional counselling unless expressly stated.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We do not guarantee mentorship outcomes or career results.

6. Employer / B2B Terms

  • Employers must post genuine and lawful job opportunities.
  • Discriminatory, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
  • Employers may not charge candidates fees or request sensitive financial information.
  • Pricing for paid listings and recruitment tools will be disclosed before purchase.
  • We reserve the right to remove listings violating these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payments

All paid transactions are processed securely through trusted payment processors such as Razorpay.

  • Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified.
  • Applicable GST and taxes may be charged additionally.
  • You authorise payment providers to process transactions on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all trademarks, logos, branding, designs, software, AI systems, and content, is owned by or licensed to JobVisitors and protected under intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right;
  • Impersonate any person or organisation;
  • Upload malware or harmful code;
  • Scrape or harvest Platform data using automated methods;
  • Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content;
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications;
  • Attempt to bypass security protections or restrictions.

10. Third-Party Links, Advertising, and Integrations

The Platform may contain third-party advertisements, integrations, or links. We do not control or endorse third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or conduct.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVisitors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, employment opportunities, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the lower of:

  • The amount paid by you to JobVisitors during the previous 3 months; or
  • ₹5,000 INR.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobVisitors, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose security or legal risks.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard where available.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to arbitration and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through email or notices on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days where possible.
