2. Eligibility

3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Website Usage Rules
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.

- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform.

5. Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Provide truthful information in your profile, resume, and applications.
- Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
- Communicate professionally with employers and mentors.
- Do not share confidential employer information obtained through the Platform.
6. Employer Responsibilities
- Post only legitimate, lawful, and non-discriminatory job opportunities.
- Provide accurate company details and job descriptions.
- Use applicant information solely for the hiring process.
- Comply with all applicable employment, labor, and equal-opportunity laws.
- Do not request fees, deposits, or sensitive financial data from candidates.
7. Mentorship & Payment Terms
Where mentorship sessions are offered:
- Mentors set their own availability, scope, and pricing for sessions.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partners.
- Sessions must be conducted respectfully and within the agreed scope.
- Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our Refund Policy.
- JobVisitors is not a party to the personal guidance provided by a mentor and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Subscriptions & Paid Plans
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and renewal terms are described on the relevant pricing page. You may cancel renewals at any time via your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — design, logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to JobVisitors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profile data, reviews, messages). By submitting it, you grant JobVisitors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, mentorship results, or the accuracy of third-party content. See our Disclaimer for details.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobVisitors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobVisitors is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
