This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all paid transactions on JobVisitors including mentorship sessions, Magician AI subscriptions and credits, employer plans, recruiter services, and related paid offerings available through https://jobvisitors.com.
By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to this Policy. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Razorpay.
1. General Principles
We aim to deliver all services exactly as described at the time of purchase. If you experience a defect, failed delivery, duplicate payment, or unauthorised charge, you may request a refund subject to the conditions below.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Domestic refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect.
- International refunds may take 10–21 business days depending on banks and payment providers.
- Gateway fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party deductions may be non-refundable.
- Refund requests may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or Terms violations.
2. Mentorship Sessions (B2C)
2.1 Cancellation by the User

2.2 Cancellation by the Mentor
If a Mentor cancels, fails to attend, or terminates the session without reasonable cause, you are entitled to a full refund or one complimentary rescheduled session.
2.3 Technical Failure
If a mentorship session cannot proceed due to a verified technical issue attributable to JobVisitors, you may request a full refund or rescheduling. Issues caused by user devices, internet connectivity, or third-party software are generally not eligible.
2.4 Quality Disputes
If you believe a mentorship session materially failed to match its description, you may contact us within 48 hours of the session for review. Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion after investigation.
3. Magician AI — Subscriptions and Credits
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Free trials, if offered, may be cancelled before the trial period ends without charge.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated.
- Annual subscriptions may qualify for a refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase and less than 10% of premium features were used.
- Refunds after the eligible period are issued only at our discretion and may include administrative deductions.
3.2 Credits / Pay-As-You-Go Purchases
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days if no credits were consumed.
- Partially used or consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Service Failures
If Magician AI experiences material downtime for more than 24 consecutive hours, users may request a proportional service credit for the affected period.
4. Corporate (B2B) Job Postings and Recruiter Plans
4.1 Single Job Posts
Job postings are considered delivered once published live on the Platform. Published listings are generally non-refundable except in cases of verified technical defects attributable to JobVisitors.
Where applicable, we may:
- Republish the listing;
- Provide equivalent credit; or
- Issue a refund at our discretion.
4.2 Recruiter Subscriptions and Credits
- Unused recruiter credits may be refunded within 7 days if no posting or feature usage has occurred.
- Plans with partially or fully consumed benefits are non-refundable.
- Auto-renewals may be disabled at any time from the employer dashboard.
4.3 Enterprise Contracts
Refunds and cancellations for custom enterprise agreements are governed by the signed contract and override this Policy where applicable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us from your registered email address and provide:
- Full name and registered email address;
- Transaction ID or Order ID;
- Date of purchase;
- Service purchased;
- Reason for requesting the refund.
We typically acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a final response within 7 business days after receiving all required information.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback through a bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery proceedings for associated banking fees.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law:
- Payment gateway and currency conversion fees;
- GST or taxes already remitted to authorities;
- Custom onboarding or integration services;
- Promotional credits or gift cards;
- Services already substantially consumed or delivered.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, or large-scale internet outages.
9. Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the arbitration and jurisdiction provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
