(a) Identity & Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile picture, and postal address.
(b) Account & Authentication Data: username, hashed password, login timestamps, IP address, device identifiers, and OAuth login information.
(c) Resume & Career Data: resume content, employment history, education, skills, salary expectations, portfolio links, and certifications.
(d) Application & Activity Data: jobs viewed, saved, applied to, mentor sessions booked, AI prompts and outputs, clicks, and interactions.
(e) Transactional Data: purchase history, invoices, GST information, taxation identifiers, and payment status. Payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay or other trusted providers. We do not store full card or bank details.
(f) Employer / B2B Data: company details, recruiter contact information, GSTIN, billing address, and authorised representative information.
(g) Technical Data: browser type, operating system, language, cookies, device information, and usage logs.
(h) Marketing Preferences: email subscriptions, communication preferences, and consent records.
(i) Sensitive Personal Data: only when voluntarily provided by you for specific platform features and processed with explicit consent.

5. Magician AI and AI Data Processing
Magician AI processes user-provided inputs such as resumes, prompts, and preferences together with publicly available information to generate outputs including resumes, job matches, interview preparation content, and recommendations.
No human reviewer routinely reads your private inputs. Automated systems process the data, though anonymised samples may occasionally be reviewed for quality assurance, abuse prevention, or service improvement.
You may delete your AI history at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at privacy@jobvisitors.com.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for training their AI systems.
6. Sharing of Data
We share personal data only where necessary and with appropriate safeguards, including:
- Service providers such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers.
- Payment processors including Razorpay for secure transaction processing.
- Employers when you apply for jobs or make your profile visible.
- Mentors for scheduled sessions and mentorship services.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Government authorities or regulators where legally required.
- Corporate successors in the event of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
We do not sell your personal data in the ordinary course of business.
