Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Engineer (M3 Java) at Wipro, you will be responsible for:

Design & Development

• Design and develop software solutions as per client specifications

• Work with M3 Java and related technologies

• Develop models and prototypes based on engineering requirements

• Integrate software components into fully functional systems

• Perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Conduct impact analysis and stress testing

• Debug and upgrade existing systems

• Fix defects raised by clients or integration teams

• Develop verification and quality assurance procedures

• Ensure minimal latency and high system efficiency

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation and design records

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports

• Ensure compliance with client and industry standards

• Maintain timesheets and knowledge transfer documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of M3 Java

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of debugging and system optimization

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply

• Basic understanding of engineering design and system integration

• Willingness to work in Pune location

Salary Details

• Estimated Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA

• Salary depends on skills, certifications, and interview performance
